Careful What You Wish For

An old lady in the twilight years
of her life was sitting on the porch in her rocking chair when her Fairy
Godmother appeared to her and said, "You have been a good person and
gave faithful service, so now I am going to grant you three wishes."

The old lady said, "I would like
to be rich", and WHOOSH--, she was sitting in a gold rocking chair and
had untold riches.

"What would you like for your second
wish?" asked the Fairy Godmother. The old lady said, "I wish that I
was a young and beautiful princess." WHOOSH, and she was young and the
most beautiful princess in the world.

The Fairy Godmother said, "You
have one more wish, what would you like?" About that time her old tom
cat rambled by and the old lady said "I wish that old tom cat was a
beautiful young prince, madly in love with me and wanted to take my
hand in marriage."

WOOSH!! The old tom cat turned
into a beautiful young prince and walked over and whispered in the old
lady's ear, "Aren't you sorry you had me neutered?"
